Ovation Bistro & Bar's  'Flight School' is a series of educational classes about beers, ciders, whiskeys, and wines, as well as mixology and food pairing.  A fun way to learn about what your drinking and eating, and how to pair them together. Appetizers and flights included with ticket. Stay for dinner and make an evening of it!
